    Termaine Hicks served 19 years in jail before he was able to prove his innocence. He was convicted of Rape, Aggravated Assault, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, and Terrorist Threats. He was sentenced to 12.5 to 25 years.

    Termaine Hicks was released and exonerated in 2020.
