    With all of the rain we have been getting, it’s perfect timing to talk rainwater catchment with Heather Kinkade who had served as Executive Director of ARCSA (now ARCSA International) for more than 14 years. In this role, she has led the development of national training programs for rainwater harvesting and stormwater catchment design, installation, and inspection.
