  • Has Nigel Farage Done Anything Wrong Not Declaring Donations
    Jul 7 2026

Has Nigel Farage done anything wrong by not declaring donations and financial support? In this video, I discuss the allegations surrounding the Reform UK leader, the parliamentary rules on declaring gifts and donations, and what the controversy could mean for his political future.

    I look at:

    • The allegations over undeclared donations and benefits.
    • What the rules for MPs require.
    • Why transparency matters in public office.
    • Nigel Farage's response to the claims.
    • Whether this is a political "witch hunt" or legitimate scrutiny.
    • How similar issues have affected politicians from different parties.

This video is an opinion and commentary piece discussing a current political story. Allegations discussed remain subject to ongoing scrutiny, and Nigel Farage has denied wrongdoing.

What do you think? Should MPs be held to higher standards when declaring gifts and donations? Do you think the rules are clear enough?

  • Did We Get The Right Result in USA VS Belgium
    Jul 7 2026

Did we get the right result in USA vs Belgium? In this video, I give my reaction to the match and discuss the controversy surrounding Folarin Balogun's red card, FIFA's decision to overturn the suspension, and the wider questions about consistency, fairness, and governance in world football. I also share my thoughts on: Was the red card worthy of a suspension? Should FIFA have overturned the automatic ban? Did political influence play any part in the decision? Is FIFA applying the rules consistently? Should there be a formal appeals process for red cards during major tournaments? Has FIFA President Gianni Infantino lost the confidence of football fans? This is an opinion and discussion video based on recent football events. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Do you think Belgium deserved the win? Should Balogun's suspension have been overturned? Is FIFA applying the rules fairly to every nation? Leave your opinion in the comments below. • Gala Night For Chitty Chitty Bang Bang At The The Kings Theatre
    Apr 15 2026

I was invited to a special gala night at the King's Theatre to watch Chitty Chitty Bang Bang—and after not going to the theatre for nearly 40 years, I didn’t quite know what to expect. In this video, I give my honest review of the production, from standout performances to the overall quality of the show. Considering much of the cast is made up of amateur performers, the level on display was seriously impressive. I highlight a few key performances that really stood out, including brilliant comedic moments and exceptional vocals—especially from Stephanie Aes, who delivers an unforgettable performance as Truly Scrumptious. I also talk about the role of Shaun Williamson (known to many from EastEnders) and how he performed with very limited rehearsal time. If you’re in the area and thinking about going—this is one you don’t want to miss. It’s only running for a short time, so make sure you grab tickets while you still can.

  • Why Is Inflation Rising Again? Energy, Mortgages & Food Prices Explained
    Aug 19 2026

Inflation is rising again, but should we really be surprised when so many household costs are increasing in the financial climate? In this episode of Apnin News, I look at some economic news and the factors affecting the cost of living, including energy prices, mortgage rates, food costs, house prices and wages. I also talk about my own experience of seeing my dual-fuel energy tariff rise from around £180 a month to £226.65, and ask whether rising household costs inevitably feed into higher inflation. I'm not an economist—this is a personal, common-sense discussion about what I'm seeing and experiencing and the questions I think governments need to answer. What do you think Andy Burnham and the government should do to tackle rising inflation and the cost of living? Let me know your thoughts in the comments. This video represents personal commentary and is not financial or economic advice.
