    In this very first episode I thought it would be fitting to release on Veterans Day as I am a Veteran who suffers from PTSD. My fellow Veteran SGT Michael Hunter and I both have never been on a podcast nor have I ever created one or listened to one to be quite honest. I think that this is the perfect platform to bring awareness to and help manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD. We share our stories openly and pretty much uncut and I know many people can relate to our struggles. Is this episode perfect....well not in the eyes of a pro....but for someone who has an anxiety disorder....or... PTSD this is a huge step in the right direction to promote healing and I hope that others can join us as we take part in this wild, scary but also exciting and enlightening experience. Join the Anxious Lab Rats Community and let's see what our futures look like as we heal and grow together!!! I'm Chris Lee....your host and an Anxious Lab Rat myself.....it's time to experiment.....let's go to the lab and test ourselves....and together we'll come up with the right formula to cure our mental health issues together!!!
