It's always so interesting to see how the different mental health conditions are described in so many different ways by people.
One such unique style was of @indic.psychologist @shrikanth.in 's attempt to bring into light Positive Psychology around Anxiety with respect to the Indian heritage. 😇
From describing Anxiety in a conventional manner, to going in-depth into why and how Mental well being was important since a very long time for India and how it is gaining its importance now, and the essence behind the Indian values. (Cue "Aatma" , "moksh" "kevalya"). 🧘🏻♀️ And that's the exact kind of conversation I would love to have with anyone who is spiritually inclined. ❤️
