I just had a bit of a trying morning but am so grateful that with the help of some great conversations, I feel buoyant and content again. Then this message came to and through me to share. How wonderful it is to experience and remember the impact we can have on lifting someone's spirits & brightening their day (& our choice to brighten our own day).

Although I thanked the 2 people that made a difference for me today in real time, I guess this is a way to pay it forward and infuse good energy in the ecosystem in gratitude.
