According to Andreas Apostolopoulos, bread is not something to be made and sold, it's a labor of love he practices at the oven. Harris Hearth is an Acton, MA-based microbakery devoted to naturally leavened bread, regenerative organic grain, and patience.

Co-owner and wife Sarah has been in the business from the beginning. She runs the customer-facing side of the bakery, including packaging/labeling and stock/inventory. She also oversees the farmers markets handles the legal and financials.
