Margy shares what drinking looked like for her, growing up with a mom who struggled with alcohol, and the family intervention that ultimately led her to treatment at Betty Ford. She also talks about what it was like learning how to do everyday life without alcohol and navigating a professional world where drinking was often such a big part of connecting.

Jaime, Jules, and Margy also talk about family relationships, rebuilding trust, breaking generational patterns, and what happens when we finally start talking honestly about our experiences with alcohol. Margy shares the moment she decided she was done hiding her story and how that eventually led to Sober Life Rocks.
