And for the few who actually survive this toxic societal gauntlet, they are immediately fed to the wolves—the spineless boardroom parasites running our sports federations. These officials are not leaders; they are opportunistic leeches who treat athletes as expendable commodities. In a world where elite sports science dictates gold medals, our administrators have decided to cut costs by pushing online physiotherapy. It is beyond insulting. They expect athletes pushing their bodies to the absolute breaking point to rehab torn muscles and shattered joints over a freezing video call or a cheap mobile app. It is gross negligence, stripping away essential, hands-on medical care just to save a few rupees while the executives sit in air-conditioned offices. India today appears caught in a confusing geopolitical maze

embracing BRICS while standing alongside the QUAD, seeking influence in the Global South while facing growing friction across its own neighbourhood. Relations with Pakistan remain deeply hostile, while tensions and political distrust periodically surface with Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, even as Bhutan remains a closer partner.

What makes the situation more worrying is the changing mindset of the region’s youth. Anti-India narratives, nationalism, social-media influence and perceptions of Indian interference are increasingly shaping how younger generations in neighbouring countries view India. A country aspiring to be a leading global power cannot afford to be influential abroad while becoming increasingly unpopular among the very people living next door.
