Abs discusses ways of tracking your progress on your health and fitness journey. You don’t have to use any special machines, it’s actually easier than you think. The lads discuss the difference of tracking ‘Weight’ as oppose to ‘How you look’. They cover the difference between fitness trackers and recovery trackers and their benefits. How accurate are they? What other things can you track? They also touch on tracking your diet. This can be a tedious task, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be. Syd shows off his skills in counting. Abs and Ali might be in trouble with their better halves. .
