Hi beautiful, I've got a great conversation for you today. One about the woman who kept evolving until she found work that actually fit who she was becoming.

What happens when the thing you spent a decade trying to make work… just doesn’t?

Aimee Kittleson spent years building a wellness business she believed in, but eventually found herself frustrated, stuck, and bringing in around $30,000 a year while piecing together other work to make it all work. Then motherhood—and an unexpected pause during the pandemic—gave her something she hadn’t had in a long time: space to stop and ask, What do I actually want?

That question led her somewhere she never expected: finance.

Today, Aimee is a Canadian Senior Broker with a team of women who help everyday families understand and use financial strategies that can feel like they were designed only for the wealthy. But what I loved most about our conversation wasn’t the numbers.

It was the woman behind them.

Aimee grew up watching her parents wrestle with the tension between freedom and financial security, and that tension followed her into adulthood. She wanted both. She wanted a life that felt free and a foundation that felt secure.

And now she gets to help other people create that for themselves.

We also talked about something I think every everyday woman understands: life does not wait until your business is figured out.

You can be building something exciting while someone you love is struggling. You can be celebrating a new chapter while carrying fear. You can be growing professionally while navigating motherhood, family, uncertainty and all the ordinary stuff life keeps handing you.

Aimee has found her own way of holding those dualities—and one of the ways she does it is by dancing. Literally. She uses movement to process the energy of both joy and grief, creating more capacity to hold it all.

This conversation is about freedom, identity, motherhood, starting again, and giving yourself permission to follow a path you couldn't have imagined when you started.

My friend, if this episode spoke to you, share it with a woman who could use a little encouragement and hope today. Because whatever you’re carrying, whatever you’re dreaming about, whatever little voice in you keeps saying there has to be more than this… I want you to know that more is possible.

And it doesn’t require a completely different life.

I’m here for the woman who is done putting her big life on the shelf, waiting for more time, more knowledge, more money, more confidence, or the perfect circumstances.

I’m here for the woman who is ready to build something bigger right in the middle of the life she’s already living.

Because that’s what I did.

I stopped waiting for life to slow down. I stopped waiting to feel ready. And I started weaving the things I wanted into the life I already had—the job, the family, the laundry, the responsibilities, the messy bits and all.

And little by little, it started becoming mine.

That’s what I want for you, too.
