In these turbulent times reporting on Africa is being scaled back and honest, critical reporting on the continent itself is often met with intimidation, imprisonment, and even death.
Yet understanding Africa and how events there impact the rest of the world is needed now more than ever. We grapple with complex issues and ask uncomfortable questions. This is the conversation we've always wanted to have.
