In this episode we interview Kai and Kyle, two experienced practitioners in the field of EDI, specifically in areas surrounding 2SLGBTQIA+ people. Kai and Kyle both also identify as members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Join us in exploring themes of language, allyship, and how to make sure patients feel safe and respected.
This podcast has an accompanying course that includes reflection questions, a Learning Project Record, and resource lists provided by our guests. The course will be linked in the show notes once it is uploaded.
