Gratitude isn't simplified positivity. It is being able to acknowledge how hard life can be, and still be grateful and thankful for what we have. The practice of Gratitude helps us recenter and reground ourselves, reduce the influence of ego and the "me me me" thinking, and remove the "victim" ideation from our mindset. Gratitude allows us to see the beauty of humanity and the world. It is, indeed, a crucial part of the Abundance Mindset.
