Ahead of for a FREE in-person event, exploring resilience in mental health, taking place on Monday, 19th October, from 7.30 to 9pm at The Ardilaun Hotel in Galway, Adrianne is joined by Dr Susan Brannick, Clinical Director with Aware and two lived experience spokespeople, Arlene Bailey and Jonathan Kemp. Following the completion in Galway of his incredible 10 month 4,200km ‘Finding Peace of Mind’ walkingchallenge, Jonathan will reflect on his mental health journey including late diagnosis bipolar II and the evening will also feature Galway local Aware volunteer Jean O’Leary talking about his experience of mental health difficulties and the locally accessible supports available.
