Ricky Gilmour, also known as "Gilly" is currently a suspension tech for KYB and has worked with Eli Tomac since before his pro debut. He raced professionally in his homeland of Australia before coming to the US where he currently resides. In this episode, Gilly shares a lot of technical insight about suspension fundamentals, the importance of relationships between riders and teams, and some of the obstacles suspension technicians have to overcome in the heat of the moment. This is a fantastic episode for gear heads and riders that enjoy learning about technical aspects of Supercross and Motocross, as well as how to become a part of the professional paddock.

Austin Cantalini is the founder of Electro and Company (Electro & Co.) which is an electrical component company that specializes in providing electric conversion kits for various motorcycles ranging from the Razor pitbikes to full size YZ/YZF motorcycles. Austin was one of the first people in the world to receive his Stark Varg (Production # 36), and Josh was one of the first to race it in a professional AMA sanctioned race. They took a trip together to Spain to test the pre production Varg earlier in the year and between the two, have a lot of experience as well as technical insight regarding the technology and nuances of electric motorcycles. Josh was kind enough to let me throw a leg over his Stark Varg when we did a tire test at Hangtown the week before this podcast was recorded. This episode includes our proper shake down of what we like, and hope to see improve from the Stark Varg.

Brent Duffe raced for many years and has now been a race mechanic at a professional level for over 10 years. He's wrenched for several riders including Justin Brayton, Christian Craig, and currently with Haiden Deegan. Brent shares a bit of his experiences working at different levels of the sport, what he's learned and things that he's seen.
