 3 colleagues and friends, all diagnosed within 1 year of each other. We will talk about how ADHD affects us in our daily life, we can only talk about our own life experiences. Our podcast is filled with humour and laughs, (if you can't laugh hey?!). In true ADHD style, we don't mind oversharing and we don't have a very good filter.     This week, the three of us, ADHD friends/colleagues are talking about friendships.


    Making friends, keeping friends etc and how challenging this can sometimes be as an ADHD'er.


    We have been particular about the subject we have chosen as whilst we are conscious of how vulnerable we feel talking about this in front of you; people we know and people we don't know. There are other subjects we are building up to having the confidence to talk about :)


    So what elements of ADHD does this conversation lead us to talk about..... rejection sensitivity, sensory overload, anxiety, attention deficit or hyperfocus. ADHD interferes with so many elements of friendships.


    So here we are exposing our vulnerabilities again, we hope you find it useful
