Hey there! It’s Joey, your friendly stock enthusiast. I’ve been in this game for a while, and today we’re talking about Archer Aviation, ticker ACHR. It was a green day for them, rising about 4.5%. Nice little jump there!

So, here’s the scoop. Archer’s stock got a nice boost today, and it’s all thanks to some big news. They dropped their second-quarter results, and, oh yeah, they announced a deal with Boeing. Yup, the Boeing! They’re teaming up to push the future of aerospace and defense, focusing on physical AI stuff. Sounds super high-tech, right?

Now, why the excitement? Well, people are buzzing about how this partnership could really shape the flying-taxi scene. Archer is buying Boeing’s flying-taxi enterprise, which is a big deal. This merger is making folks think Archer has a solid shot at leading the pack in the eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) game. It’s like they’re gearing up for takeoff, literally.

Investors are really liking the potential here. The stock shot up about 12% at one point during the day, and it seems everyone’s feeling optimistic about what this Boeing deal could mean for the future. Plus, Needham is still backing Archer, saying they’re making solid progress with their eVTOL tech. That’s a good sign for sure!

One thing to keep in mind is that this news is making some people think Archer might actually be undervalued right now. They’re moving ahead with their midnight flight testing, which could be a game changer. So, there’s definitely a buzz around what’s next for them.

Alright, that’s the lowdown on Archer Aviation today. It’s always fun to see a stock make moves like this, especially with such exciting partnerships on the horizon. Just remember, I’m here to keep you in the loop, but this isn’t financial advice—just my take on the day's happenings. Catch you later!
