 A Taste of Home is a passion project inspired by Gideon Aigner's experience studying abroad in Australia. After spending the better half of a year about as far from Colorado as one could be, Aigner found himself pondering the question "what is home?" and the intricacies of how that differs depending on where you're from. This episode's guests include (but are not limited to) Joel Adams, the Colorado-raised owner of a Chile Mojo grocery store, and Dr. Karrilee Lockyer, a researcher and instructor at the University of South Australia. With each guest providing a different perspective of what makes a certain place a home.
