In this episode, I sit down with my husband for an honest and eye-opening conversation about what it’s really like to support someone through a major weight-loss transformation. After losing 148 pounds myself, I’ve coached numerous women who struggle not with the workouts or the nutrition plans, but with the lack of support at home. Many are dealing with partners who feel threatened, become insecure, or even sabotage their progress out of fear.
I wanted to change that.
So I brought my husband on the show to share the spouse’s perspective — the good, the hard, the misunderstandings, and the things men often don’t realize they’re doing.
