Chris is the Strength and Conditioning Director at Liberty University Club Sports, where he primarily works with the Division 1 Ice Hockey teams. Chris has worked with numerous National Championship teams and prides himself on being a lifelong learner. Duncan works as a strength and conditioning coach in the Clemson Football Program, is a competitive powerlifter whose total reaches over 2000lbs, and is a representative of the Little Debbie Lifting team (you read that right!!!)! I had the pleasure of working closely with Duncan while we attended Liberty University together from 2019-2021, and I can tell you he is one of the most encouraging and driven guys I've ever met! Coach Alan Knight is a legendary coach from Page County, Virginia who recently retired from coaching both the softball and volleyball teams at Page County High School. Coach Knight is one of the most humble coaches to have amassed over 1000 wins in his career and the first EVER Virginia state volleyball championship! Alli and Becca are the first ever Women's Roundnet World Champions! They have been competing together and on various Roundnet teams over the course of the last nine years and have officially left their legacy on the sport as they announced their retirement from competing just days ago. On top of being incredibly cool humans who are elite athletes, Alli and Becca both are involved in their own small businesses. Alli does media, website and brand design with her sister, while Becca and her husband run a local bed and breakfast, where she does much of the meal planning/prep using her advanced knowledge of nutrition to make the food at friendly city not only delicious, but also nutritious!
