31 years old, Head Saleswoman. Roger candidly shares his inability to negotiate and the importance of a kitchen table wherever he dwells, whether that be physical or metaphorical. Roger shares the remarkable tale about his  father, who after becoming a paraplegic as a result of a plane crash, was able to not only walk again, but able to have a family, after being told that would be impossible.
