It’s interesting how inspiration for episodes pops up suddenly during everyday conversations in my life. This is one of those episodes. Stigma surrounding mental health that is anything less than ‘perfect’ holds a lot of weight and shame. In this episode I discuss some of the factors that I recently recognized as being disturbing to acknowledge.
