As a mixed-race kid in small town Denmark, Charlot never saw herself represented in the stories she grew up on. But a childhood love of Disney and anime inspired her to become an illustrator, and since then she has focused on creating empowering art that reflects the true diversity of society.
First broadcast on 103.2 Dublin City FM and funded by the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland with the Television Licence Fee.
