In this episode, Rev. Dr. Jackie Cope explores why anxiety, depression, shutdown, and overwhelm are not failures but nervous system information. Drawing from lived experience, education, and spiritual practice, this conversation reframes regulation as an act of wisdom rather than weakness.

This episode sets the foundation for the entire ROOTED framework. Regulation comes first because nothing sustainable can grow without safety.
