Aaron Yu – Futsalroos and Pascoe Vale Futsal Club goalkeeper

What does it really take to become one of Australia’s top futsal goalkeepers?

In this episode, Aaron Yu shares his journey representing the Futsalroos, training and playing in Taiwan, joining Pascoe Vale, and the sacrifices required to stay at an elite level in a country where futsal is still largely amateur.

We also discuss the biggest challenge he has faced away from the court, how it changed his perspective on life, and the mindset that helped him return to competing at the highest level.

This is a great episode for goalkeepers, players, coaches and anyone who enjoys hearing the real stories behind the game.
