I have so much respect for anyone who can build a successful recruitment business and Ruth is an incredible example of someone who's not only started a recruitment business but made it stick for 15 years...
Launching Wagstaff from a home office as a Solo through to building her business into a small team focused on recruiting into engineering & manufacturing it's a genuine story of how hard it can be to be a small business owner..
Around her story there's also so obvious highlights/take aways to listen out for..
Otto the dog plays a big part and kind of steals the show, along with Percy Pig... I won't reveal all but there is a Percy Pig theme in this episode...
Ruth's connection with Percy Pig runs way deeper than I first expected!!
