But first, join us for millennial aunt advice corner, in which Katy espouses you should know thyself... and if you're not an entrepreneur. "A boner for land" is not a phrase we'd thought we'd ever say, but here we are. MM annuls our friendship yet again. Our arms are weak and our brains are smooth.
