Tim Lovejoy, now where to start?
Tim has presented on television in the UK for over 27 years. HE first found national fame hosting hit morning TV show 'Soccer Am' before leaving to continue his presenting success on Channel 4 staple 'Sunday Brunch'.
Through his podcast The Lovejoy Hour (LISTEN HERE), he opened up about his depression and used the podcast to find the answers to life's most challenging questions surrounding mental health. Instead of taking tablets, he decided to use his successful podcast as a journey of self discovery.
Tim has now launched his own platform (Lovejoy.co.uk) where he passes all that information onto you. Giving whoever needs the support the tools to deal with life's many challenges.
