Having worked at a 4A program for many years now, Bryce gives us all the examples of what he did to grow what was a tiny choral program into a group that is performing at TMEA this year! He also emphasizes the importance of developing strong musical tone in ANY ensemble, and how it contributed to the strength of his group.
