Kate is a NZ Registered Dietitian based in Gisborne. She is the founder of 'Well Nutrition' her own private practice where she specialises in gut health, intuitive eating (helping clients to break away from diets and overeating to help them feel confident with nourishing their bodies correctly), PCOS, food intolerances, allergies, & irritable bowel syndrome! She has a wealth of knowledge!
