Welcome back to this week’s episode. The Last Episode of Season 5 y’all!! On this week’s episode I decided to let go of my 3am thoughts and share them with you guys. Sometimes I just get into these kind of feelings and I think it would be pretty good to share them since a lot of times I write them down/ bottle them up. We get into the question of are you scared of love or scared of giving love to the wrong person? From there we talk about choosing ourselves and what that entails. To finally giving ourselves grace and the credit we deserve for handling everything we have had thrown at us.
