Who likes to struggle? Not me! But....I have come to realize it is through some of my greatest struggles that I have grown the most! I have become more compassionate, I have become more clear on who I want to be, I have learned to stand up for myself. All of these things I might not have learned or became if not for struggles. As yucky as it feels to face triggers, or to experience pain, it is what grows us the most. Just like a chick must struggle to be strong enough to survive the world, so must we struggle to become the version of ourselves we need to be. If you are in the mist of struggle, chin up, you've got this. Dig deep and be compassionate with yourself. Let your self hurt, let yourself feel all the feelings she needs to feel. Journal or mediate and be there for yourself. Sometimes there is nothing we can DO to get out of it, sometimes the answer is we just need to sit with ourselves in the pain. Other times there are actions you can take to get out. If you need help with this, I'm here for you!
