A blend of science, psychology and history, it looks at the cost of suppressed rage and how healthy anger can improve relationships, help tackle depression and anxiety and drive us towards greater professional success. It was named Non-Fiction Book of the Month by The Independent and has been featured in The Financial Times, Mail on Sunday, Sunday Times and more.
An experienced keynote speaker, podcast guest and radio / TV guest, he is available to book for events to discuss emotional wellbeing and mental health and fitness.
