As school starts, build small, flexible routines to boost health and well-being. Goal-setting rewires your brain! Start mornings with prayer, Bible reading, hydration, and strength training. End days with a calming bedtime routine for stress management. Track habits, commit to the Lord, and improve time management, eating well, and balance daily.
