Hey friend! I truly believe that boundaries are the absolute hardest for most of us when it comes to our loved ones and their addiction. We stay exhausted and stressed out trying to control all of the things. We simply can NOT control all of the things and in return it is wearing on your body physically and emotionally.
Although the hardest, it is critical that we do set boundaries but they are not always in the way that you think.
