Have you ever had a friendship that once meant the world to you, but somewhere along the way, you simply drifted apart? No falling out, no drama, life just took you in different directions.

This week on 3 Wise Ducks, we're chatting about friendships and why some naturally change or fade over time. We explore the idea that people can come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime, and how each friendship can hold a special place in our story.

We talk about friendships formed through shared experiences, the people who come into our lives at just the right time, and those special friendships that seem to stand the test of time, even when life gets busy and you don't see each other as often as you'd like.

Of course, there's plenty of laughter, personal reflections and a few observations about how friendships change as we get older.

It's a conversation about appreciating the friendships we've had, enjoying the ones we have now and understanding that sometimes growing apart doesn't mean anything went wrong.

We'd love to hear your thoughts. Have you had a friendship that naturally faded, or do you have that special friend you can pick up with no matter how much time has passed?

Why can doing something for ourselves sometimes feel so much harder than doing it for everyone else?

This week on 3 Wise Ducks, we're talking about self-care and the guilt that can sometimes come with it. Why do we find it so easy to put other people first, yet question ourselves when we take time out, say no or choose to do something simply because it makes us feel good?

We chat about what self-care can look like in everyday life, why it doesn't need to be expensive or complicated, and the difference between looking after yourself and feeling as though you're being selfish.

As always, we're sharing our own thoughts, observations and experiences, with plenty of laughs along the way. Maybe self-care isn't another thing we need to squeeze onto an already full list. Maybe it's about giving ourselves permission to matter too.

We'd love to know what self-care looks like for you, and whether you've ever felt guilty for making yourself a priority.

What does it really take to be happy, and are we sometimes looking for it in all the wrong places?

This week on 3 Wise Ducks, we're talking about happiness. Not the perfect life kind of happiness, but the everyday kind that can easily get lost when life gets busy.

We explore four key areas that can influence how we experience happiness, both in the little moments of everyday life and over the longer term. We talk about what we can influence ourselves, what we sometimes expect to make us happy, and why happiness can look different at different stages of life.

And because this is 3 Wise Ducks, we're certainly not claiming we've got life completely figured out. We're sharing our thoughts, experiences and plenty of laughs as we ask the question, have we cracked the code yet?

Have a listen and see how your own happiness measures up. What is already working in your life, and which of the four areas could use a little more attention?

We release a new episode every week, so be sure to follow 3 Wise Ducks so you never miss a conversation.
