Ritchie Mehta is the Founder of CLIMB and one of the UK's leading champions of talent development and inclusion within the marketing industry. He has built award-winning programmes that have connected over 150 senior leaders with more than 3,000 young people from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
An Honorary Fellow of Cambridge Judge Business School and Fellow of The Marketing Society, Ritchie brings a career spanning academia, industry and entrepreneurship, including senior roles at Oxford University Press and work with FTSE 100 companies.
