In this eighth episode in the 2 to 1 Podcast series, Orion and Lizzie interview Felix Spender, a former soldier turned professional peacemaker, who runs a business that specialises in conflict resolution called North Light Solutions.
He is also the co-founder of Springboard to the Future, who support businesses now coming out of the pandemic and help managers “tune their misfiring teams”.
In his past Felix has had some truly unique experiences, for example, working in the international maritime industry where he helped companies deal with hijacked vessels and set up their crisis management teams, advising them on negotiations with pirates so that they would release their hostages. In this episode Felix shares his insights about what it takes to keep your business ticking no matter how many obstacles get in your way.
