The film picks up shortly after the first 28 Years Later and sees the return of Spike, monster-donged Samson and Jack O'Connell as the leader of a certain infamous British celebrity inspired gang, we see some more of a ruined England, some gory good times and a little Iron Maiden inspired dance moves.
