On this episode I sit down and chat with my friends Gilbert Regalado and Victor Vega and we chat about our experience with fatherhood. We cover how we found out we were going to be fathers, our experiences as full time single fathers and some of the challenges we have faced as fathers. Then we chat about Gilbert's organization out of Santa Barbara called Solid Foundations where he works to instill confidence in the youth by leveraging physical activities like Jiu Jitsu, fitness and craftsmanship with power tools and we also cover some of the work Victor is doing in the criminal justice sector to push for rehabilitation versus just incarceration. It was an awesome time sitting down with these two gentlemen I respect very much. I hope you enjoy the episode.
