On today's episode, we are talking to Lizzi Whaley, CEO of Spaceworks Interior Architecture.
Lizzi joined Spaceworks Interior Architecture in 2004. But when she heard her company was selling up, she decided (as a 28 year old, single mum living with her parents) that if the business was to be sold then she wanted to be the purchaser. She bought the company and became chief executive in 2006.
We’ll discuss the mindset shift moving from employee to employer, the importance of focusing ‘in’ on your people and how to lead when you yourself are going through personal changes.
