Sharing my heart on how I don't want to do life alone, and how I am able to reflect on what is coming up through this realization.
A few things that I am reflecting on is how important my morning rituals are to create intentional space to listen to whats going on within me.
Noticing that I really am excited to do life with someone, and to find my best friend, especially after divorce.
Being able to ask myself if I am really alone?
Taking time to see a different perspective and look at all the beautiful people in my life. The community that does surround me. Sometimes it's asking for help.
If there is one thing that I know I am called to do, it's to share my story so one other person doesn't feel so alone. You are not alone. I hope you find a few gold nuggets in this episode to help you navigate what you are working through so you can live your life out loud!
