They share from personal experience, how doing daily mindfulness, and meditation practices, builiding in intention through affirmations have made a profoundly positive effect in their lives. They talk about practical ways to mitigate feelings of stress or anxiety (including social anxiety), and how we have more control over our thought life than we know. They share their "words of the year," which will help them focus on the things that truly matter, and the value in sharing those words with each other and with family.
They discuss how the holiday times can bring out a lot of crap for many, and the number of people who have already reached out for help in the new year, and their desire to help anyone who is struggling.
