This podcast is still very much trying to find its way, but one thing that I think it highlights rather well is the importance of connection and friendship. In this episode my best friend, Ciera Lewis, and I are celebrating 20 years of friendship. This is especially significant to me because I realize that not everyone has people in their lives that stick around for that long to support them in their dreams, cheer for them in their triumphs, and comfort them in their hard times. I’m very blessed to have that and to know that I’m that person for someone else. Thanks for being my best friend Behfran!! Join us as we reminisce, joke, and talk about important life changes and self care. Celebrate your friends and let them know how much you appreciate them!
