Today we’re beginning (Part 1) of a series that dives into the “20 Reasons Why I Can’t Lose Weight”.
Mindless eating occurs when the brain is distracted, and a person becomes unaware of what and how much he or she is eating. It can lead to excessive calorie consumption and weight gain.
One way to tackle this is to track what you’re eating. Consuming whole foods and eating plenty of protein while adding in exercise, can be helpful.
