You have been off track for a while? Forgot to take your vitamins, have no time for a workout and oh I should have taken care of my water intake. Well, my friend, that is life. Sometimes, it comes your way, everything gets chaotic, and from one second to another you realize: I am totally off track with everything. My healthy routines, my life, just all of it. The good news is: This happens to all of us and there is a simple solution to this. A reset day. A day, or even just an hour of time you dedicate to checking in with yourself and making sure you get back in the game and where you want yourself to be.
