We chat to Gemma Merna about the incredible journey of self-discovery she’s been on since leaving Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks. Although she may be best known for being an actress, Gemma also teaches yoga, meditation and is a life coach amongst many other things. She talks us though what happens when life forces you to take a look at what you really want, and how happy you can be when you set out to get it. We also talk about the power of self care, and not allowing fear to hold you back.
