🌿 ✨ Spleen Meridian (SP)
Think of this as the body’s inner pathway of nourishment and stability.
- It starts at the big toe,
- Runs up the inside of the foot and ankle,
- Continues along the inner leg and thigh,
- Then moves along the belly and chest,
- Ending at the side of the ribs about a hand width below the armpit.
This pathway supports digestion, grounding, and the ability to transform food and life experiences into energy.
✨ Stomach Meridian (ST)
This one is the outer pathway of digestion and vitality.
- It begins just below the eye,
- Travels down the face, jaw, and throat,
- Moves along the chest and belly,
- Runs down the outside of the thigh and outer shin,
- And ends at the second toe.
This pathway fuels energy, appetite for food and life, and helps us move forward with strength.
