You Still Belong | 15 on the 15 with Pastor Tony Holder

Ever felt like you didn’t do enough to deserve a place at the table? In this episode of 15 on the 15, Pastor Tony Holder takes us to 1 Samuel 30, where 200 of David’s men were too exhausted to keep going and stayed behind with the supplies. When the victory came, some wanted to shut them out of the reward. But David said no: the ones who stayed get the same share as the ones who fought.

That’s grace. You may have been worn out, sidelined, or left behind for a season, but you didn’t lose your place. You still belong.

    📖 Scripture: 1 Samuel 30:21–25

    In this episode:

    • Why weariness doesn’t disqualify you
    • The difference between earning and receiving
    • How grace keeps a seat for you at the table
    • Making room for the ones who couldn’t keep up

  • Reduction- God Uses Less

15 on the 15 | Reduction: When God Uses Less — with Pastor Holder

What if losing people, resources, or comfort isn’t a setback, but God setting you up?

In this episode, Pastor Anthony Holder joins us to talk about reduction: the hard but holy process of God trimming down what we’re leaning on so He can show up in a way only He gets credit for.

We look at Gideon in Judges 7. He started with 32,000 men, and God said, “Too many.” First it was cut to 10,000, then down to just 300. God wasn’t weakening Gideon’s army. He was removing every chance for Israel to say, “We did this ourselves.”

    In this episode:

    • Why God sometimes subtracts before He multiplies
    • How to tell the difference between loss and divine reduction
    • What Gideon’s 300 teach us about trust, obedience, and focus
    • Why less in your hands means more room for God’s glory

If you’re in a season where it feels like everything is shrinking, this one’s for you. Your reduction may be your preparation.

  • Stop Hiding
    Oct 8 2026

    What are you hiding from?

When we first meet Gideon in Judges 6, he's threshing wheat in a winepress, working in secret, out of sight, afraid of the Midianites. But God didn't call him by his hiding place. The angel of the Lord showed up and said, "The Lord is with you, mighty man of valor."

Gideon had excuses: My clan is the weakest. I'm the least in my father's house. God had a different word: Go in this might of yours.

In this episode of 15 on the 15, Pastor Holder breaks down how fear, insecurity, and past disappointments push us into hiding, and how God calls us out before we feel ready. From the winepress to the battlefield, Gideon's story shows that your identity isn't set by where you're hiding. It's set by who God says you are.

    In this episode:
Why we hide, and what it costs us
God sees the warrior in you before you see it
Letting go of "I'm the least" thinking
Trusting God when the numbers don't add up (300 was enough)
Stepping out of the winepress and into your assignment
